One Way Stop to Confidence


Skipping another day of the gym.

Only because I just finished breakfast and my local gym closes at 12. No way am I going there for 45 minutes.

And also because I am totally planning to feast tonight. A good friend of mine is having a New Year’s Eve dinner and then my mom is also making dinner. If anything, I’ll just have my mom’s leftovers tomorrow night so I don’t stuff myself too much. 

I’m also going to eat light for the rest of the day until dinner because the last thing I want to do is eat too many calories than I should.

Other than that, I won’t be able to go to my gym until Tuesday (the building is closed tomorrow and Monday) so I will try to do some at-home exercises in the mean time. 

And that’s about it for today!
